Tera Cunningham

Tera joined the real estate community as a Realtor in Billings in 2018. As a former teacher for Billings Public Schools, she gained valuable skills in communication, flexibility and teamwork; skills that she also utilizes to listen, problem solve, and work hard to meet the needs of her clients. Tera’s goal is to find the perfect home for her buyers and get the most value for her sellers, while providing the highest care and service possible.

Growing up in Washington State, and spending summers in Red Lodge, MT., Tera knew that she would make this area her home and raise a family here. She made the move, graduated from Montana State University Billings and began her teaching career. However, her passion and enthusiasm for all things real estate eventually led her to pursue a full-time career as a Realtor, and now Broker with the Real Estate Hub in Billings.

Tera is married and a mom to three amazing children. As a family, they love to travel; whether it’s a road trip to Yellowstone Park, the Oregon Coast, or a long plane ride to Hawaii ~ they are always up for an adventure! They absolutely love Billings, enjoy serving the community and spending time with family and friends. Tera is a member of the Billings Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, and the Montana Association of Realtors.
