  Dana Wagenhals & Tera Cunningham Just when we were beginning to think we would never find the right place to spend our retirement years, team Dana Wagenhals & Tera Cunningham played their trump card for the winning hand!! They coached us through some very stressful/vulnerable moments and crushing disappointments, but most importantly...they were by our side on one of the happiest days of our lives...the day we were handed the keys to the retirement home of our dreams.   Helen was great! She has been wonderful, she has helped my husband and I sell our house. She has been a huge help and helped us when there were bumps in the road she saved us.   Kim Hart was a fantastic realtor to work with! She quickly set up multiple showing requests time and time again for us without delay!  She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Kim wasn’t afraid to step into major fixer uppers way below our price range or to schedule her whole day out showing us properties all over town that I had picked out.  Kim was willing to set up contractor appointments at showings for us to get pricing on potential work, or to call  whomever was needed to get our questions answered.
