How Is Another Month Already Gone?!

October flew by here at The Real Estate Hub, packed with learning, training, and a bit of adventure. Here’s a peek at what we’ve been up to!

Sharpening Our Skills: Continuing Education in Full Swing

Did you know that all Real Estate Agents and Brokers in Montana are required to complete continuing education hours every year to maintain their licenses? At The Real Estate Hub, we don’t just meet those requirements—we aim to exceed them. We believe staying ahead of evolving industry standards makes us better at serving you.

This month, we hosted an in-house accredited Forms Training, which counted toward our license hours. It was especially exciting because the training covered legal changes resulting from the recent NAR settlement, ensuring we’re well-versed in the latest regulations. Not only does this make us more knowledgeable, but it also helps us explain complex updates to clients in ways that are easy to digest.

Having this training in-house was a proud moment for us—and we’re hopeful it’s just the beginning of many more internal learning sessions. Knowledge is power, and we love empowering our team to provide the best service possible!

Boston Bound: Learning Meets Adventure

We’re big on education—and just as big on exploration! This month, some of our team members packed their bags and headed to Boston. The trip wasn’t just about having fun (although we had plenty of that!); it was also an opportunity to dive into Boston’s rich history and architecture.

We wandered through historic neighborhoods, marveled at old churches, and explored the city’s iconic architecture. A visit to Fenway Park, the oldest baseball field in the U.S., was definitely a highlight! But the learning didn’t stop there—many of us extended the trip along the New England coast, taking in the distinct architectural styles of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.

In between all the sightseeing, we also indulged in local cuisine, walked the historic Freedom Trail, and chatted with locals about what makes Boston so special. And, of course, we couldn’t resist sharing stories of life in Montana. It was the perfect blend of education, connection, and adventure.

We’re back now, inspired and ready to put what we’ve learned into practice. And who knows where our travels will take us next? Stay tuned for more updates and exciting news from The Real Estate Hub!
