Heather Kavran

Heather Kavran is an experienced real estate Broker and Partner at the Real Estate Hub of Billings, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout the greater Billings area since 2008. With nearly two decades in the industry, Heather brings extensive market knowledge and experience to each transaction while maintaining the friendly, approachable style her clients appreciate.

Heather believes real estate is about more than buying or selling a property—it’s about understanding people, their goals, and what matters most to them. Whether working with a first-time homebuyer, a longtime homeowner preparing to sell, an investor, or someone building their next home, she strives to make the process clear, comfortable, and as stress-free as possible.

Her experience spans a wide range of residential real estate, including established homes, new construction, custom homes, local subdivisions, and investment properties. As a longtime Billings-area real estate professional, Heather offers clients valuable insight into the local market and the communities she serves.

Heather is a member of the Montana Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, Billings Association of REALTORS®, and Billings Multiple Listing Service. She has also earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations.

When she isn’t helping clients or working with her team at the Real Estate Hub, Heather enjoys taking advantage of everything Montana has to offer—from fishing, hiking, and golfing in the summer to snowboarding in the winter.
