The Billings Heights is one-third of all of Billings population. The Heights is located north of the rims and sprawls out for mile north and east of the city of Billings. The area features Lake Elmo know by all for swimming, fishing kayaking and much much more. The Heights would be the 10th largest cities if it was its own entity.
