Jen Johnson is the Co-Founder of Forge Realty Group and a native Montanan with a deep-rooted passion for helping clients navigate one of life’s most significant financial decisions. With more than 25 years of experience in the commodity trading industry and over five years in real estate, she brings a strategic mindset, refined negotiation skills, and clear, consistent communication to every transaction.

Her professional background is complemented by a unique perspective gained through her marriage to an architect, giving her valuable insight into design, construction, and long-term property value. Jen enjoys sharing this knowledge with both buyers and sellers, empowering them to make confident, well-informed decisions. She is highly relationship focused and dedicated to delivering exceptional value, guiding her clients with integrity, professionalism, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach.

Outside of real estate, Jen enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing games, watching movies, traveling, staying active, and exploring the natural beauty of Montana.
