When the temperatures drop in Billings, there’s only one thing that sounds right… a warm bowl of soup simmering on the stove while the windows fog and the house fills with comfort. We thought it would be fun to share one of our favorite go-to recipes for these cold weeks. Nothing fancy, just a feel-good meal that’s easy to throw together and perfect for feeding the people you love.

🍽️ Why We Love It
It’s one of those meals that comes together fast but tastes like it took all day. You can keep everything stocked in your pantry for easy weeknight dinners or toss it in the slow cooker before a long day. It’s hearty, budget-friendly, and somehow even better the next day.
We love sharing pieces of everyday life here in Montana, whether it’s a local trail, a favorite coffee spot, or a meal that warms you up from the inside out.

Nothing brings people together quite like good food and good company and this soup has a way of doing both.
